Creating Your Account

1. Visit the App – Open The Nutty Football App in your web browser or on your mobile device
2. Register Here – Click the "Register Here" link on the login page
3. Enter Your Email – Type in your email address and submit
4. Check Your Email – You'll receive a registration link – click it to continue
5. Complete Your Details
   • Team Name (displayed alongside your username)
   • First Name
   • Last Name
   • Username (visible to other players in your groups)
   • Password (create a secure password)
6. You're Registered! – You can now log in with your email and password

Joining or Creating a Group

Once logged in, you'll need to either join an existing group or create your own:

Entry Fees & Payment

Each group has an entry fee that goes into the prize pot. Your payment status will show as:

• ✓ Entry Fee Paid – You're all set!
• ⚠ Please pay the admin – Contact your group admin to arrange payment

Multiple Groups: You can join multiple groups for the same league if you want more action!

Making Predictions

1. Navigate to "Predict Matches" from the main menu
2. Select Your Group – Use the arrow buttons (< >) to switch between groups
3. Select the Matchday – Navigate to the week you want to predict
4. Enter Your Predictions
   • For each match, enter what you think the final score will be
   • Enter the Home team score in the left box
   • Enter the Away team score in the right box
5. Save Your Predictions – Click the "Save Predictions" button
   • You'll see a confirmation when saved successfully
   • The "Last Saved" timestamp will update

Important Rules

Helpful Features

Team Form – Each team shows their recent 6 results as coloured badges for the current season:

League Position – Numbers in brackets show each team's current league position (e.g., "Arsenal (1)" means 1st place)

View League Table – Click "View League Table" to see the actual league standings

Copy to Other Groups – If you're in multiple groups for the same league:

1. Make predictions in one group
2. Click "Copy to Other Groups"
3. Select which groups to copy to
4. Confirm – your predictions will be applied to all selected groups

Submissions Page

The Submissions page shows everyone's predictions and results:

• Before Kick-Off: Other players' predictions are hidden (shows "✓ Submitted" or "-")
• After Kick-Off: All predictions are revealed with points awarded

Sharing Results

You can share the weekly results:

• Download – Save the table as an image
• Share to WhatsApp – Send directly to your group chat

What You'll See

• Position – Your current ranking in the group
• Entry Fee Status – Whether you've paid (✅) or not (⚠️)
• Weekly Points – Points scored each matchday
• Weekly Earnings – Prize money won each week
• Total Points – Your cumulative points for the season/pot
• Total Earnings – Your total prize money so far

Prize Distribution

The prize pot (total entry fees collected) is split between the Overall Winner and Weekly Winners (unless changed by your Group Admin):

• Share to WhatsApp – Send to your group chat

📱 Mobile vs Desktop

The app works on both mobile and desktop:

• Mobile: Card-style layout, easy thumb-friendly input
• Desktop: Full table view with more information visible at once

Both views have the same functionality – use whichever you prefer!
