These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Nutty Football application and website ("the Service") operated by Jaspar Solutions Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By registering for or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About the Service
Nutty Football is a score predictions game where registered users predict the outcomes of football matches and compete against other users within groups. The Service is available via web browser and mobile applications (iOS and Android).
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the Service. If you are under 18, you should have permission from a parent or guardian before using the Service. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing your name, email address, and a team name. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Groups & Entry Fees
Users can create or join prediction groups. Group administrators may set an entry fee for their group. Entry fees are collected and managed by the group administrator — Jaspar Solutions Ltd does not process or handle any group entry fee payments directly. Any disputes regarding entry fees or prize distribution should be resolved between the group members and administrator.
5. Predictions & Scoring
Users submit score predictions for scheduled football matches before the published deadline (typically kick-off time). Points are awarded based on the accuracy of predictions according to the scoring rules displayed within the Service. We reserve the right to adjust scoring rules, correct errors in point calculations, or void predictions for matches that are postponed, abandoned, or cancelled.
6. User Conduct
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Create multiple accounts or share your account with others
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false or misleading information
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Push Notifications
With your consent, we may send push notifications to remind you of upcoming prediction deadlines or to deliver important service announcements. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, and software associated with the Service are the property of Jaspar Solutions Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent. Football match data is sourced from third-party providers and is used under licence.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Match data, scores, and league tables are provided for entertainment purposes and may occasionally contain errors or delays.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jaspar Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from errors in scoring or match data. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at support@nutty.football. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Some data may be retained in anonymised form for statistical purposes.
12. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
