Nutty Football ("the App") is operated by Jaspar Solutions Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

When you register and use the App, we collect:
- Your name, email address, and username
- Your chosen team name
- Match score predictions you submit
- Group membership and admin status
- Device information for push notifications (device token)
- Entry fee payment status (paid/unpaid — we do not store payment card details)
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
- Provide the prediction game service — recording scores, calculating points, and displaying league tables
- Send push notification reminders before match deadlines
- Send account-related emails (registration, password reset)
- Display your team name and predictions to other members of your group
- Broadcast messages from your group admin or the super admin
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your predictions, scores, and team name are visible to other members within your prediction group(s) — this is core to how the game works. We may share data with service providers who help us operate the App (e.g. hosting, email delivery), but only as necessary to provide the service.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely on our servers. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We use HTTPS for data transmission and take reasonable measures to protect your information.
5. Push Notifications
If you enable push notifications, we store a device token to send you prediction deadline reminders. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings. We do not use push notifications for marketing or advertising.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Update or correct your information via your Profile
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Withdraw consent for push notifications at any time

7. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
